the AMA Aftershocks!!!!!!

Well, the AMA really do surprises everyone.
Justin Bieber just won over the best time of his life, if only he can repeat it on Grammy

the performance however is a bit scarce on perfection really.

Enrique Iglesias did it well, heating up the stage for Miley Cyrus fine mature showing, Well Done, Birthday Girl.

Black Eyed Peas shamelessly paraded their new single on stage.

The Fireworks of Katy Perry looks better than it sound though.

So does Justin Bieber winning act and Taylor Swift's.

Usher heat it up pretty good with his dance moves. (I miss the VMA duet man.)

MY best pick for performance would be as surprising as Justin Bieber. Kid Rock. He hit the Patriotic Anthem out of the park totally. Now you can really see what an artist that transcended any stereotype is about. He was a rock star now he is country totally and completely. The most touching performance by far, of himself and all the performance of the night combined.

and I'm sure that the closing pleases everyone still living in Boysband Lala land

Harry Potter Ending Saga begins

Deathly Hallow part 1 is what it is........ Part 1.

Apparently the movie is too long and have to be cut into 2 pieces. Even part 1 lasted for close to 2 and a half hour.

Now here's the deal. if u like Harry Potter the movies all this time, and love watching Daniel, Rupert and Emma growing up on the silver screen then you'd love this part 1 no matter what.

But if u don't and have no plans to watch the end of the saga anyway. then u have no worry and no complain.

This movie is a 2 and a half hour lead in into the second movie.

it climax almost right away in the first half hour of the movie although the director tried to down play it a bit. Still as the story goes. The Climax of the book is at the beginning and the end. maybe the distributor should try another format of selling the movie with package of 2 movies at one screening. (I'm sure they will do that when next summer comes. with both Part 1 and 2 showing together.)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Spoiler Alert~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This time with the comedic and Dumbledore dead. It's the darkest of all 8 movies of the saga. and slow seeping coldness consumes the whole movie.
It first start with the big fight scene in the beginning, the less hyper fights in the second half hour, then the rest of it is just dark and gloomy. The Finding of the mysterious Hocrux, the way to get to it and destroy them.
This part 1 should be a good time to address the romance of Harry and Ginny but the director have merely lead you through it with one short moment. Lovely, but too short.
at the end you'd be left with more mysteries than you'd before getting into the movie.
So you want all the answer, then you'd have to wait til the last movie or read the book.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

One more note then, Daniel, Emma, Rupert are far and far more experience in their craft now.
even compare to the previous episodes of the saga, they have improved immensely.

Now they are all grown up. the movie also partly signifies the departure from the confine and protection of the magical school and in many ways, resemblance to them leaving the bubble of Harry Potter and have grown professionally through out the whole 2 years into the last film.

They have been steadily grown into great actors and actress. Great work are waiting for them after this.

Unstoppable Meet Betty White in You Again with Alien from Skyline Above

Unstoppable is simply unstoppable.

The thriller with the up-and –coming Chris Pine, teaming up with the one-and-only Danzel Washington is simply a thriller itself to watch them sparing on the silver screen.

Though the main character is the train, you just can’t keep your butt on your seat when Chris Pine try to jump on the train or when u are watching Danzel Washington running on it.

The plot is simple. A lose train on a railway track and everyone is trying to stop it.

It’s a spectacle to watch the train storm through everything though. It felt like the train has a soul on itself and retaliates everyone trying to stop him with sheer elegance.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
For those of u that have missed You Again. I think you ought to get it on DVD or cable next time. It’s not the type that any macho man would like. But I find that it’s not bad to get a feel laughs without too much “dirt” sometimes. You Again is like a “The Proposal”-feel / Wedding War Story line meets Mean Girl Plot.
Yes, it’s the ultimate Chick Flick. But it brings so much of fun when there’s 3 generation of great actor and actresses on a movie and watching them throw comedy at each other every 5 minute.
I laugh until my lung falls out. Haha
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Now the Holiday season Blockbuster is on full fledge. Opening the Full CGI –Graphic Blown Saga is Skyline. A more steady camera’d “Cloverfield” and a turn back to the old “Independence Day”-esque set up. U might find yourself trap in a movie that’s too clear in graphic though. Cloverfield sink you into the scene, too near in fact that u puke. But Skyline, a lot of the work draws u out of it. The Graphic is amazing. But u still can see that the merge between the CGI and the real set is not well balance. Black Plastic bag as the floor of the space ship? Guys, even Aliens don’t do that mistake 25 years ago.

The storyline is short and simple. It’s a lot more like an elaborated Special Effects movie projects really. The Effects is fantastic. And u can see the lead in to every big scene. But it felt too forced. And the characters a lot of time simply run around to showcase the real character of the movie, The Visual Effects.

There’s just too few emotional trigger in the movie after the first 15 minutes to attract the audience to the main character.
